The Vision

Built for the next century of New York.

Designed by Foster + Partners, the new global headquarters of JPMorganChase reinterprets the grand commercial towers of Midtown through a distinctly modern lens. Its stepped crown, bronze structural frame, and monumental fan columns give the building an unmistakable Art Deco rhythm without imitating the past.

At street level, the tower lifts upward to make room for a larger public realm—wider sidewalks, landscaped spaces, and a new plaza woven into the life of Park and Madison Avenues.

A modern monument with New York in its bones.
